BASE MATERIALS




QUANTUM LIQUID
Our core product is made using Esenca Labs' novel and proprietary production method. Composed solely of carbon, the non-toxic, transparent, odorless, pH neutral liquid can be applied to any solution with no unwanted chemical reactions. When used as an additive or coating, our Quantum Liquid can immediately improve the electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and structural strength of end products.​




QUANTUM CERAMIC
This ceramic consists of Quantum Material with chemically processed aluminum oxide, titanium carbide, titanium aluminum nitride, and titanium aluminum carbon nitride. When applied as a coating, the ceramic increases resistance to abrasion, corrosion, water, and fire, improves heat dissipation, reduces friction, and imbues anti-EMI and anti-UV properties. Additionally, the Quantum Material treatment significantly increases the hardness, tensile strength, and rigidity of the base material without increasing weight.​



QUANTUM PASTE
Esenca Labs' Quantum Paste is a thick material with brown/black color. It can be quickly incorporated into production processes as a replacement for binding resins, increasing finished products' conductivity.​
QUANTUM POWDER
Quantum Powders can be used to produce custom solutions and pastes. Depending on the application and production process, these powders can also be incorporated as additives.
APPLICATIONS


PLASTIC RESIN PELLETS
Quantum Material-infused plastic resin pellets can be immediately used to produce products imbued with the performance benefits of Quantum Material, such as improved strength, moisture impermeability, and electrical conductivity. Concentrations can be made specific for each application, and pellets are available in multiple plastic types (e.g., PLA, PBS, PBAT, EVA, PET).


SOLAR PANEL WASH
Esenca Labs' solar panel wash is infused with Quantum Material, producing an easy-to-use soap that improves solar panels' efficiency. Use of this soap broadens the spectrum at which solar panels can convert light to electricity, increasing generation rates up to 18%. Most importantly, this soap is non-toxic, can be applied using generic cleaning methods used by any maintainer, and is effective at all production scales.
